These Terms explain how we sell and deliver items through our online shop. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes.
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store card details.
Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates only.
For large or heavy items, you will need to arrange and pay for collection. A courier option may be available at checkout, or you can use your own provider.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You must tell us within this period, then return the items within another 14 days.
Items must be returned in the same condition as supplied.
Return costs are your responsibility unless goods are faulty or not as described.
Refunds include the original standard delivery charge and will be made within 14 days of us receiving the returned items, using your original payment method.
Items that cannot be returned include: personalised or custom items, perishable goods, and sealed items (such as CDs, DVDs, or hygiene products) once unsealed.
If you have a complaint, please use our online contact form [link]. We aim to respond within 7 days and to resolve matters fairly. If you remain unhappy, you may contact the UK Charity Commission or Trading Standards.
We only collect personal information needed to process your order, including your name, address, email and payment details.
